Lower Embodied Carbon Emissions: Kyoto Club partecipated in an internal EU-ASE seminar
Sergio Andreis, Director of Kyoto Club, spoke at an internal seminar organized by EU-ASE with a focus on embodied carbon emissions of building.
Sergio Andreis, Director of the Kyoto Club, spoke today, May 16, during an internal seminar organized by the European Alliance to Save Energy (EU-ASE) about carbon emissions incorporated in the building sector (Lower Embodied Carbon Emission).
With the EPBD (Energy Performance Buildings Directive) new requirements have been introduced for new buildings: in this way, the global warming potential can be detected during the entire life cycle of the building. This is the first step to calculate the global warming potential of the life cycle of new buildings and also consider the entire life cycle of construction performance.
